Description of the goods or services required

Business Wales provides a first class business support service to Welsh SMEs on behalf of the Welsh Government, funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The service is delivered by Growth Partnership Wales, a partnership of Business in Focus, Antur Teifi and Serco Enterprise.

Superfast Business Wales is a service element of Business Wales, supporting businesses across Wales to understand, adopt and exploit the benefits of Superfast Broadband.

Serco Enterprise is seeking a formal costed quote, along with a product description, of the types of services that you might be able to supply matching the brief detailed in the quote document. It would be helpful to know any added value products/services that would be included, as well as any additional costed services that you think might be worth us considering.

The types of data we require fall into a number of categories:

The successful organisation will be awarded a Contract, which is expected to commence in March 2018 for a period of 2 years, subject to performance reviews and availability of funding. The indicative value for the contract is GBP 20,000 (plus VAT).

The successful organisation will be required to sign up to the Serco Code of Conduct, a copy of which is available with the tender document. In addition the successful organisation will receive a contract from Serco and these terms and conditions are also available with the tender document. Any queries with the content of the terms and conditions must be raised prior to submitting the tender document. Should Serco be required to sign any agreement or paperwork if you were successful, then the details must be supplied as part of your tender submission. The deadline for clarification questions is 10 am on the 5th March 2018.
