Description of the goods or services required
This specification is for the relocation of members of staff, a PC lab and a teaching lab between two campuses, including the supply of all packing and labelling materials, relocation of packed materials, packing and relocation of desktop IT equipment, relocation of some ancillary storage furniture, and the relocation of some office furniture. As a rule, there will be minimal requirement to move desks, operator chairs or individual office storage furniture.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The Contractor will be required to relocate around 90 staff, a 100-seater PC lab, and a 48-seater teaching lab from various locations on our Penglais and Llanbadarn Campuses. The requirements are listed below, with specific inventories to follow under separate cover. But, in general, the move will not involve relocating desks, operator chairs or personal storage. Exceptions will be made in the event of office furniture that is assigned to a specific member of staff for health and safety reasons.
